History

Summerland Singers and Players has been creating theatre in Summerland for over 100 years.    We used to be Gilbert & Sullivan fans, but that has changed.  (Well, we’re still fans but casts of forty and full orchestras are getting hard to come by!

  1. I am new to Summerland. I have done a lot of community theatre — acting, directing, producing. Is your theatre group still active? I would love to become involved.

    • We would love tomeet you. We are having a board meeting this coming Wednesday night (January 15) at 7:00 pm, if you’d like to come along. Or one of us could meet you for coffee and talk about what we’re up to. Our main project for 2020 is “Murder on the Rails”, a murder mystery done on the KVR train this summer.
